Our company proudly takes full responsibility for the high quality of our products. If you ever find that one of our products doesn't function properly, please refer to Repairs & Returns. If we
find that the product didn't live up to our standards, we'll repair it or exchange it free of charge. In other cases, we'll provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Please understand that we will not be able to repair damage caused by unreasonable usage or, in certain cases, the natural lifespan of the product. It is important that you read the user manual for each product

Terms of Replacement/Refund for Product Purchase by Dealers
- If a product or product package is damaged during transport
- If a dealer receives products other than those ordered
- If the product title or quantity is different from that written on the product package
Process of Replacement/Refund
1) The reason for replacement/refund, order number and image proof shall be submitted via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within seven days of the date of product receipt.
2) All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including packaging and accessories, including a note containing your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange
3) If a product is eligible to be replaced or its purchase price refunded, Raidops will cover the shipment cost, and the products must arrive at the company headquarters within thirty days of
the purchase date.
* Simple change of mind or delayed shipment does not qualify for a replacement or refund.
- Once the return/exchange is processed you will get an email confirmation. It generally takes 3 to 5 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse

General shipping information- We have found EMS to be the most reliable method of shipping.
- All orders will ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is entered.
- EMS takes about 7 working days to deliver. So please allow up to 2 weeks before calling to trace shipment.
- After shipment, the EMS tracking number will be sent via email, and customers can view the real-time status of their shipments on “TRACK ORDER”.
- Customers must check with their local customs officials to determine the legality of all items ordered.
- RAIDOPS is not responsible for any items seized by customs and will not knowingly make shipments to countries where any items are illegal.
